The Role: Sales Performance Manager
As a Sales Performance Manager, you'll lead a team of outbound sales agents with clarity, grit, and heart. You won’t just coach from the sidelines. You’ll lead from the front, model high-impact calls, and drive the metrics that matter: close rate, AOV, revenue per appointment, and team momentum.
You’ll manage team performance like it’s your own bottom line. That means accountability conversations, live coaching, data-driven decisions, and a strong presence on Zoom. You’ll create a culture where agents are pushed and supported in equal measure, where high performance feels not just expected, but inevitable.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 10 to 15 outbound agents with full accountability for performance, morale, and coaching outcomes
- Monitor daily KPIs (conversions, AOV, RPA, close rates) and use real-time data to drive coaching priorities and corrective action
- Conduct live call reviews, side-by-side coaching, and individualized improvement plans
- Jump on sales calls when needed to model excellence and generate momentum
- Facilitate daily huddles, post-call debriefs, and 1:1 sessions that align team energy and reinforce fundamentals
- Track coaching progress and team performance in Salesforce and internal dashboards
- Support rep development, reduce attrition, and cultivate next-up leaders
- Partner cross-functionally with QA, training, and ops to close gaps and elevate outcomes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership, coaching, or performance management experience in a high-volume outbound sales environment (virtual preferred)
- Proven ability to drive measurable sales results through agent development
- Strong command of outbound sales psychology, performance levers, and coaching frameworks
- A leader who models what they expect. You jump on calls, not just into spreadsheets
- High emotional intelligence, coachability, and confidence in direct conversations
- Strong systems fluency (Salesforce, Vonage, Google Workspace)
- Fast, clear communicator with exceptional time management
Bonus Points For
- Coaching certifications or training in adult learning or leadership
- Experience turning around underperforming agents or teams
- Background in health, wellness, DTC, or supplements
- Track record of maintaining high morale while driving high accountability
Compensation and Perks
- Base Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to AOV, RPA, close rate, and revenue (realistic OTE: $100K+)
- Remote role (U.S. or LATAM preferred)
